Hi SH, For BOM list, plz help check the owner of items that are categorized as ALT. I already filled out the PCBAs and speakers plz complete the rest. Besides, 1. HEATSPREADER AMP TOP and HEATSPREADER SOC BOTTOM are listed in this BOM list, but there are actually 2 extra headspreader such as HEATSPREADER SOC TOP and HEATSPREADER SOC BOTTOM. Why only 2 parts are listed here? Do you mean the former 2 will be provided by ALT and FXN take care of the latter 2? 2. The speaker will be provided by Dreamus and will be assembled by Inkel with housing then to FXN? 3. All the screws will be provided by Inkel according to JW KIM. Why is "SCREW_PCBA MAIN+ETC+THERMAL ASS'Y" not listed in Inkel's ownership? 4. Some items in the excel need a bit more explanation as remarked. About assembly SOP...it is not defined as the pdf file provided is the pure exploded view. How the parts are provided is not defined either. Best, Henry |

Hi Henry Here is feedback 0000909:0004216 1. No. That means that it assemble the heat spreader with housing directly. Below heat spreader is assemble without housing directly. HEATSPREADER SOC TOP and HEATSPREADER SOC BOTTOM. 2. No Currently mechanical structure, speakers have to assembled FA station. 3. Please see the attachment file. SCREW_PCBA MAIN+ETC+THERMAL ASS'Y is designed by FXN. The Foxconn has responsible for this structure (Main PCBA + AMP PCBA and Heat spreader). https://mantis.cnsbg.foxconn.com/vaas/view.php?id=847#c4055 4. Please see the attachment file. Hi SH, Thanks for the reply. 1. If the heatspreaders are on the housing then our ME suggests HEATSPREADER AMP TOP and HEATSPREADER SOC BOTTOM should be developed and provided by Inkel since the housing is designed by them. 2. Then this is different from the biz framework provided. I need to discuss with ME to check what is the best way for the assembly. The ownership of each material will affect the quotation which Steve has been asking. When will the R&R be fixed? If you need a concall meeting we can also join. Best, Henry |

Hi Henry. reply 0000909:0004245 1. The Foxconn has the role of thermal solution. and thermal solution included heat spreader. ALT with Inkel was suggest and guide heat spreader layout. Because it has to be assembled with the housing thereafter, Mr. Daniel was designed as Inkel suggestion. check design history below https://mantis.cnsbg.foxconn.com/vaas/view.php?id=847#c4055 Currently on mockup design, HEATSPREADER AMP TOP and HEATSPREADER SOC BOTTOM are be assembled at FXN side. 2. Please suggest the best way you think first. the basic R&R is below. : Foxconn will manufacturing SWAN : InKel will design and housing supply I think it will take a lot of discussion to organize detailed R&R due to many subsidiary materials on the acoustic side. Hi SH, The part 4010-21684-300-0V (BRACKET WALL MOUNT) will come with 1500-21114-600-0V (SCREW BRACKET WALL MOUNT) in a PE bag? We need to confirm how they are shipped to us and remark in the system in case IQC reject the parts. Thanks Henry |
